Because I feel like these are the three things that we’re lacking during my international pageant.” Chelsea reflects on her past triumphs and looks forward to future successes.
Unveiling a Passion for Hosting: From Dreams to Reality
Chelsea’s childhood fascination with microphones and her broadcasting background have fueled her passion for hosting. She confessed, “I have always expressed my desire to become a host but I think I just… I just really need more practice and opportunities, of course, to hone my skill. And share ko lang din, since I was a kid, I have always loved to hold a deodorant or a pen and pretending it was a microphone.” Her ambition to merge her pageant experience with hosting showcases her multifaceted talent.
Nurturing Inner Radiance: Self-Care and Well-Being
Amidst her busy schedule, Chelsea prioritizes self-care, emphasizing that sleeping and setting boundaries are important: “Kasi if we have enough sleep kinabukasan ang gaan sa pakiramdam and if we are setting boundaries it means that we are saving energy and our time.” Her skincare regimen, featuring Korean products, reveals her secret to maintaining a flawless complexion amidst the demands of her career.

Chelsea shares invaluable advice for aspiring beauty queens, advocating for authenticity while maintaining professionalism both on and off stage. She advises, “There’s nothing wrong to be your unapologetic self. But there are some pageant organizers who do take notes of your behavior off stage.“

Looking ahead, Chelsea envisions hosting a segment celebrating the rich cultural heritage of beauty pageants. “Well, since I am a pageant enthusiast, of course, I’m going to host a segment. Not all about beauty pageants, about its history, its culture and beauty queens. Kung ano ‘yung mga achievement pa nila besides the crown. And I think ang magandang maging partner for that is Mr. Luis Manzano,” she reveals, envisioning a show that enlightens audiences on the achievements of beauty queens beyond their titles.
